Doctors cannot do direct hiring. All hiring in the UK is done through the NHS, but they are not hiring nurses from outside the EU. And hotel workers cannot be sponsored - they are not on the skills shortage list. Doctors do not own hospitals AND hotels. If this is an internet job offer, it's a scam that will steal your money. DO NOT respond or send any passport or banking information. Patrick Cole is prolific a Nigerian scammer.
