An American WantiEng to do CNA work in either England Australian or France or Candadian Hospitals

An American WantiEng to do CNA work in either England Australian or France or Candadian Hospitals?
Ok so I am about to graduate from a CNA School (certified nursing assistant) I am an american born and raised. I am thinking of getting into a traveling nursing program. I am also going to go back to school eventually for phlebotomy and eventually Medical Billing and Coding. Here are the questions. I have heard that In England there are a shortage of CNAs/LPNs/RNs. Also I am interested in working overseas Preferably somewhere in England Australia or France. 1) Are there any international Traveling Nursing Programs that offer overseas work to any of the above countries mentioned? 2) If I wanted to one day work in France or Australia or England, how would I go about looking into jobs there or trying to find out which country would be best suited for me to work at? 3) If there are any international traveling programs, can a US citizen become a citizen of one of those countries? Does anyone have any experience or know of anyone who has done any of the traveling/living/working in another country short term or long term? thanks Brandt

Do you speak French? to get a job in the UK or any of the other European countries you have to get an offer of a job, or someone to sponsor you. To get French citizenship you have to have a residence permit, and be living there five years to get French citizenship. The way it works in Europe is that an employer has to prove that he/she could't get someone from other EU countries to do the job before hiring someone from outside the EU. Too much paper work and red tape. An employer has to apply for a work permit with the department of labout to hire an non EU citizen. Plus prove that he/she couldn't get someone from all 27 EU countries to do the job. You would have to have a BA in nursing.
