If you are a citizen of the EU then you have an absolute right to live and work in any EU country, including France. However, France is not obligated to accept credentials from another country and this can be a major hurdle. Since you don't make clear where and when you were born, what steps you have taken to ensure recognition of your right to French citizenship, or where you have secured your education/credentials I can't be more specific.
