I'm 27yrs old women from france, single parent and wanted to go back to college for my 2 kids.i don't have any college experiences but i jointed the Navy and heard that i could become an officer if i could get a bachelor degree in 36 months.Do you think i could actually do it in 36 months for nursing? where and how should i start? i'm done with my ESL( English as a Second Language) but Do you think i can make it with the language difficulty?

Yes, be POSITIVE! You can do anything you put your mind too. I am 23 and just went back to school. I would start looking up colleges online. I know that Portland Community College is a GREAT place to start. Also Anthem College does nursing and what not. You should look into the both of them and see what they have to offer you! Good luck, I know you can do it.... :)
